Introduction
Royal PVC is a private Limited Company has commenced manufacturing of unplasticized Polyvinyle Chioride (uPVC) pressure and Non Pressure Pipe system of cold Potable water and other industrial uses conforming to BSS 3505/BSS 3506 PSI 3051-91 ASTM D 1785-94 DIN 8061-8062 and other International Standards.
The Company was established in 1990 and Commenced production in the same year. Now Royal is introducing their new products of Fittings. Royal has complete range of fittings. Royal has import their molds & injection molding machines from Taiwan, Germany & Austria.
Quality has been the sole guiding force since the very begining. We have a separate department exclusively to dedicated to quality of products. All the manufactured products are consigned to the department for checking before their market release. Checking is also an integral part ofthe manufacturing process. The integral part of the manufacturing process. The process has a stage wise separation and the promotion of a product from one state to another is subject to its fulfillment of prescribed quality criterions.

LIGHT WEIGHT:
uPVC fittings are incredibly light weight. Its specific weight 1.46, is 1/10th that of cast iron. This cuts down transportation costs and facilitates installation in difficult plasces.
CHEMICAL RESISTANCE :
uPVC has exceptional resistance to attack from all concentrations of Alkalis and high concentrations of acids, except strong oxidising agent at maximum concentration. Therefore, the material should not be considered for use with aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons, ketones, esters and cyclic ethers which lead to softening the material.
NON CONDUCTIVITY:
uPVC is a non conductor of electricity, and is unaffacted by electrolyic or galvanic corrosion, which means no wrapping, coating or cathordic protection is required.
FIRE PROOF :
uPVC will not support combustion.
LOW COST, EASE OF INSTALLATION:
Installation is quick and easy by solvent cement welding. Solvent joints are entirely reliable, leak proof, simple and quick to carry out.
DURABILITY:
It is unaffected by fungus or bacteria and its termite and weather resistant.
HIGH FLOW RATE :
Because of its extremely smooth inside surface, it has exceptionally low flow loss, giving excellent flow properties which remain constant due to reduced build up of deposits and scales.
Royal uPVC fittings are suitable for irrigation, potage water supply, chemical installation, water treatment, swimming pools, foodstuff industries, compressed air & liquids, industrial piping, other pressure piping, sewerage, vent and drain system.
